안녕하세요. 인디에고에 첫딜로 들어가서 어제 받았습니다. 평상시와 마찬가지로 블루투스 연결을 했는데 이상한 현상이 있네요.  위에 그림처럼 "PaMu Scroll"이 2개가 뜹니다. 그리고 하나만 연결하면 한쪽만 나옵니다. 2개를 동시에 연결하면 선택한 것만 나오구요. 사용하고 있는 폰은 갤럭시S7이고, 아이폰X, 아이패드에도 테스트했지만 동일했습니다. 그래서 제작사(Padmate)에 메일을 보냈더니 이렇게 답장이 왔습니다. 1. Correct charging: Please make sure you take off the plastic films (if there are) on both side of the earbuds before putting them back into the case for charging. 2. Pairing and connecting /auto-reconnect: Make sure they are fully charged. When pairing, please turn on your smartphone Bluetooth FIRST and take out earbuds later for paring. For auto-re-connect: it is the same way. If not, it will not get auto-reconnected as smartphones don’t have revert-pairing but earbuds have. 3. When putting earbuds back to the case, make sure the pin and pin hole are placed and connected firmly for turning off and recharging. 원론적인 이야기이긴한데 2번째에 있는 "블루투스 퍼스트"가 뭔지 모르겠네요. 해결방안이 있을까요? |
