The auto switch feature of MPEG4 hw decoder doesn't work in alpha4, please download this alpha 4.1 instead.
Alpha 4 is out now, with several improvements and fixes
Fix online FLV playback issue, now you can play online FLVs from TCPMP
Auto switch between hardware decoder and software decoder.
If video is not supported by hardware decoder, TCPMP will pop up a warning dialog, just press 'OK' the video will be reloaded using software decoder instead.
Fixes SB problem. But still please do not press power button when playing with TCPMP.
Screen rotation issue has been fixed.
Fix some crash problems.
Support WMA and WMV.
Alpha 3 Fix2, the best release ever.
1. It should work on all WM5 and WM6 and WM6.1 ROMs.
1.5 Fix the installer bug, now it can be installed on sd card.
2. Significate performance boot with both software and hardware decoders.
World's first time, CoreAVC can run under pure WM6.1 ROM(haha).
3. Build with latest FFMPEG snapshot,added Cinepak, TSCC, MSMPEG1, ON VP6 decoders.

1. Don't go to standby mode when using TCPMP, or your phone will be SB (fix before beta)
