그리고 11/14 수정판 (실행파일만)이 압축파일 안에 있으니, 설치 후 복사해서
사용하시면 됩니다.

1. New hotkey behaviour
Now you can see the hold notification interval in your tray bar when you hold the hotkey. When you set the hold value into after X ms you don't need to release your key, it will directly show the function after the time is reached. Notification interval also available for combination key, and before x ms.
2. New Font for Tray Clock
I try to experiment with Try Clock font, I am use normal font but without clear type now. When you hold the hotkey (read 1st list in update), the minutes area will be used for hold interface, so it will not expanded again like previous hotkey notification.
3. My Schedules Recurrence
I hope i did right way in fix this problem, because i didn't yet try it fo a long time.
4. Wait on Windows StartUp Setting
This setting is useful if you install the SmartToolkit on your Storage Card. SmartToolkit will load the program after defined setting when you set it on windows startup. NOTE: You must delete previous SmartToolkit StartUp shortcut before this setting work. As we know that the files in Storage Card will load last, so the cache will not ready before some second of Windows StartUp. you can found this setting on Control Panel > General.
5. Speed Up the Standard Skin
I create new drawing code for standard skin, so it load faster then previous standard skin, It also look more clean.

7. Resize Control Panel Title fonts
Previous font for control panel title is too big, I resize it smaller.
