이베이에서 아이패드 9.7을 주문해서 X테일 배대지로 받았습니다.

1월31일 배송되어 2월1일에 배대지에 도착했는데 X테일에서 배송신청서하고 틀리다고 하더군요

트랙킹번호는 맞길래 내가 주문한거랑 같은거다 라고 했는데 X테일에서 사진을 보내왔더군요

뚜둥~ 아이폰케이스.. 아이패드를 주문한거면 환불요청을 해라라고 답변이 왔습니다.

그래서 오늘 물건이 잘못왔다라고 판매자에게 보내니 1주일 전에 받은걸 이제와서 뭔소리냐 운운 하면서

환불 못해준다고 하네요. 이베이에선 환불정책에 해당하지 않는다고 하고..

아래는 판매자가 보낸 메세지..

"Your item was delivered last week, as per tracking 9405510298370355615411 Why are you making this false claim now?"



"We sent you an iPad. You claim that it took you a week to decide you got a wrong item? This is clearly a fraud attempt

 by you - please immediately stop."

you got a "phone case" and not an iPad. This is clearly fraud on your side, and should you continue we will file a

criminal report against you. If you claim you got something else, go to the Elmwood Park Police Department and provide us

with a police report.

found you are attempting to defraud us.



이베이에서 가끔 X테일 같은 배대지로 배송요청 할경우 물건 잘못 보내고 사기운운 하면 이베이에선 모르쇠 한다고 하던데 

어떻게 할까요? 이베이에선 환불정책에 해당 안된다고 하고

그나마 페이팔결제라 지푸라기라도 잡는 심정으로 하루 더 보구 클레임으로 격상을 해보려 하는데

혹 이런거에 대해서 아시는분 있으시면 조언 부탁드립니다.
