놋4s에서 유튜브 레드 쓰다가, s8+로 바꿨는데, 오프라인 영상 저장도 안되고, 재생하려고 하면 첨부 이미지 처럼 애러가...? 내장&외장 저장소 충분한데... 이상하네요... 혹시 해결방법 없을까요?
