gps가 잡히질 않는데 어떤 문제 일까요?

1.기종 : GDA1

2.O/S : ppc 2003 se

3.에러 : tomtom (유럽네비프로그램) 구동시 GPS 신호가 잡히지 않습니다.
GPS 버튼 설정에 GPS MAP이 없습니다.

4.질문내용: PDA에 GPS가 내장형 인데요.. GPS가 잡히질 않습니다..구입처에선..
해당 지역 지도를 깔아야 GPS가 구동이 된다고 하는데..
혹시 이런 경험 있으신 분들 계신 가요? 맵피나 아이나비 깔기 전에는 GPS가
안 잡히는 지요? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

좀 알려 주세요.. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ gps 설정은 수백번 모든 경우의 수를 써서 다 해 보았습니다..
