Back-up 프로그램 추천 부탁드립니다.

현재 쓰고 있는 롬이 조금씩 느려지는 것 같아서..새로운 롬으로 바꿔볼까 합니다. 근데..그게 많이 번거롭고 실패할 확율도 있어서 핸재 P-100에 깔린  롬 및 프로그램을 Back-up해 놓고 싶어요. 

윈도우에 있는 ghost처럼 하드 전체를 이미지로 만들어 다른 하드에 보관했다가 바로 재 설치하는 방식으로 제 P-100의 롬과 프로그램을 이미자나 다른 방식으로 Back-up하는 프로그램 을 알려 주세요. SPB Back-up, Sprite Back-up등이 있는 것으로 알고 있는데 이런 방식의 Back-up이 가능한가요?

그리고 Back-up을 하면 active syn를 연결해 놓고 연결된 컴퓨터로 하는 방식인지 아님..메모리 카드에 하는 건지 알려 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

 		롬 까지 백업은 안됩니다... 저는 SPB Backup 을 추천하구요..
이걸로 백업하시면, 다음번엔 롬 파일만 원래대로 설치하시고. 다른 작업 없이 백업화일만 실행하면 복구 가능합니다.
백업 화일은 내장 메모리 또는 외장 메모리(MicroSD)에 저장 가능합니다.
롬 은 백업이 불가능 하니, 백업하시면서 설치하셨던 롬 원본과 백업한 화일을 같이 보관하시면 좋을 듯합니다.

 		저도 spb backup을 추천합니다.
sprite backup도 있지만 용량과 백업시간 면에서 spb가 나은 거 같네요 ^^
