제 룩스는 SD/CF를 장착,제거할 때 마다 전원이 켜져서 안 좋은 것인줄 알았는데 아래글대로라면 오히려 좋은 것일 수도 있다는 생각이 드는군요.
Inserting and Removing CF Cards
On some models of Pocket PC, the unit will turn itself on whenever a CompactFlash card is inserted into or removed from the slot—even if you had just turned the unit off specifically in order to remove or insert a card! The lesson is this: Unless you are in the middle of a file transfer to or from the card or using an application that's installed there, you can "hot swap" cards into and out of the CF slot without hurting anything.

랜카드도 사용 중이 아니라면 크게 문제될 것은 없지만, 카드에서 먼저 랜 선을 분리하신 후에 카드를 분리하시면 됩니다.
자동으로 기기가 켜지는 이유는... 기기에서 카드 삽입 상태를 바로 인식할 수 있도록 하기 위해서입니다. 자세한 것은 개발자 사이트에 가시면 확인이 가능합니다만, 여기서는 생략하겠습니다.
