LoanCalc Overview
LoanCalc is a mortgage payment calculator and much more! Analyze the effect of early principal payments, whether on a regular monthly schedule, annually, or one time (you could save hundreds of thousands in interest for just 100 a month!). Determine the payoff amount for any loan at any time. Calculate the benefit of refinancing. View annual summaries of interest, principal, and balance, or get the month by month detail.
And now LoanCalc version 2.1 offers even more ways to analyze your financial choices. The Pre-Qualify screen implements industry-standard formulas to determine how large a loan a lending institution may approve you for, based on your debt, cash for down payment, and income (note: vendor's policies may differ). The new Price Range screen lets you decide what monthly payment you want to make, and then calculates the total home price.
Note that because of the relatively low floating point math precision on handheld devices, in some cases payment and / or interest calculations may be off by a few cents or more. Typically you will only observe significant discrepancies when analyzing unusual loan terms, such as a very low loan amount over a very long term, with extremely high interest, etc. While in general the results of LoanCalc will be very accurate, you should always verify payment details with your lender.

The installation file will be named after the application, as in SETUP_appname.exe Simply unzip the setup file to a temporary directory, make sure your Pocket PC is connected to the desktop, and run the setup.
Note: L3 supports Pocket PC and Pocket PC 2002 devices. L3 does not currently support Pocket PCs from Symbol.
